The 121 Private Training booking is for more in depth training issues that can not be resolved or massively improved in one session or many there is a lot of training to get through! Progressional stage by stage training.
The block booking gives a discount but also helps get better results of improvement.
Each Session lasts upto an hour and a quarter and will a follow up email to remind you of training instructions plus will include training videos.

Cancellation Policy: we have cancellation policy as last minute cancellations hinder our ability to offer the best service to our clients. If you need to cancel or rearrange a session we respectfully require 48 hours notice which allows us to offer your slot to another client, otherwise a cancellation charge of the full fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.
Travel expenses. we have a charge for travel expenses. First 10 miles are free but are charged at 45p per miles there after for the round trip of the home visit from Happy Hounds business address. Expenses are to be paid in cash on the day of the visit.
Our training sessions are subject to a limit on time for use.
Once Booked you must use your session within a time period. 3 months for the 3 session and 5 month for the 5 session programs
